Fueling Focus is a 4-week virtual summer group for teens and young adults who want support building consistent, flexible, and nourishing food routines that actually work with their brains.
What We’ll Cover:
Flexible meal routines for dorms, dining halls, or off-campus living
- ADHD-friendly meal planning + snack ideas 
- Grocery lists + low-effort food prep tools 
- How to eat consistently (with or without meds) 
- Tips to reduce food decision fatigue and guilt 
- Support around body image and shame-free eating 
All in a judgment-free group of folks who get it.
This group is for you if:"
- You forget to eat—or eat in reactive, all-or-nothing patterns 
- Grocery shopping or meal planning feels overwhelming 
- You feel tired, under-fueled, or snack all day with little satisfaction 
- ADHD meds suppress your appetite (or cause you to crash later) 
- You want strategies that don’t feel rigid, restrictive, or shame-based 
Led by Cristina Hoyt, MS, CNS, LDN
A licensed dietitian nutritionist who specializes ADHD, disordered eating, and flexible nutrition strategies. Cristina works with teens and young adults to help them build a healthier relationship with food—without relying on restriction, pressure, or shame.
Group Details:
- Start Date: end of June 2025 (approx. the week of June 30th (exact date TBD) 
- Duration: 4 weeks (1 session per week, 60 minutes) + handouts 
- Location: held virtually 
- Group size: Limited to 8 participants for a supportive, intimate group setting 
Cost: $225 for the full series (sliding scale available)
