CLOSED: Health Ed. for Grown Ups: WTF is Perimenopause?!

Health Ed for Grown-Ass Women: WTF is Perimenopause?

A crash course in hormones, symptoms, and feeling like yourself again

Perimenopause isn’t a mystery diagnosis — it’s a real, biologically significant season of change that impacts everything from your mood and energy to your periods and sleep.

In this 2-hour workshop, we’ll break it down with zero judgment and zero shame:

  • What perimenopause is and how to know if you’re in it

  • What’s normal (and what’s not) when it comes to symptoms

  • Labs worth asking for — and what they actually tell you

  • How food, movement, and simple strategies can support your body

This isn’t about “fixing” you — it’s about giving you knowledge, language, and support. You’ll get a cheat sheet to take home, space to ask questions, and guidance from two licensed practitioners who get how messy this can feel. Let’s talk about it — because your hormones sure are.
