➕ Want more personalized support?
Participants in the Campus-Ready group have the option to add on 1:1 nutrition sessions for individualized support. This is completely optional—the group stands alone, but pairing it with personal guidance can help tailor strategies to your needs, especially if you don’t already have a nutritionist you are working with.
Cristina is in-network with Aetna, United Healthcare, and Highmark BCBS. Out-of-pocket and superbill options are available for other plans.
Important Note:
This group is for educational and supportive purposes only and does not constitute medical nutrition therapy or treatment. Participation in the group does not establish a client-provider relationship. If you are in active treatment for an eating disorder, please check with your treatment team before enrolling.
