    It all begins with our innate ability to understand our body’s unique needs. Within each of us are the mechanisms to help naturally facilitate this. It’s when outside forces come in where we start to look outward for how to eat. It’s our role as parents to embrace this and support our children. We will work on this together so you can support your child effectively using tools such as intuitive eating, division of responsibility, and health at every size.

  • Embrace your own journey

    Your own complicated relationship with food and your body is your quiet super power. Together, I will help you understand how your relationship with food and body influences your childrens. It doesn’t need to be perfect, but neither will theirs. It’s about embracing and building resilience skills. Together, we will nativigate how we can set an example of resilience from diet culture for our children.
